Prices of items in our store are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from suppliers, etc., please let us know so we can correct the price.
We prefer to use Paypal. You can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Bank card thru PayPal without having an account. Payment must be made within 2 days.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship via USPS or FedEx and we typically ship within 3 business days of confirmation of payment. All Shipping and handling is calculated based on total weight and size of package. We do on occasion offer free shipping for an item and it will state that in the ad for that item. Insurance is optional and may be purchased by the buyer if you feel it's necessary.
A confirmation number and carrier tracking number will be mailed to you once your item has shipped. Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise minus any return shipping costs.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your order. To help with this--unless specifically stated in an ad--all items in our store are eligible for a refund within a 14 day period of the final sale date.
If you are unhappy with your order and would like to return it please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving it at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and reason for returning the item. You will need to ship the back to us in the original shipping and we will then refund your purchase price once we receive the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you are missing any merchandise, or have received damaged items, contact us at email: email@example.com within 7 days so we may get the issue resolved quickly. We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, Etc…) will be our responsibility.
